About unwad
What unwad is
unwad means what it sounds like: it takes something wadded up — hard-wrapped text, minified code, an encoded string — and unwads it back into something you can actually read. Each tool is one page, does one job, and runs entirely in your browser.
Why free, no sign-up
These are the kind of small utilities you reach for once and forget about — a line-break cleaner, a JSON formatter, a decoder. Making an account for that would be worse than the problem. So there isn't one: paste, click, copy, done.
What's here today
Three tools: Remove line breaks, Unminify and Decode. New ones arrive every month — sentence case, stripping HTML tags, unescaping quotes — all inside the same idea of unwadding text.
Who runs it
unwad is run by a single person. Questions, bug reports and tool requests are welcome on the Contact page.
